Fees and admissions
Clear costs, confirmed in writing
Fees depend on the level of care each person needs and the room chosen, so we quote after a free assessment rather than guessing online.
Included in the fee
- A furnished single room, with your own belongings encouraged
- All care from our team, day and night
- All meals, snacks and drinks, including special diets
- Laundry, housekeeping and bed linen
- Activities, entertainment and in-house events
- Utilities, TV licence and Wi-Fi
Charged separately
- Hairdressing and chiropody
- Newspapers, magazines and personal toiletries
- Private therapies and escorted transport to appointments
We give at least one month’s written notice of any fee change, and review fees annually rather than mid-stay.

Get in touch
Call the home or send an enquiry. We will talk through what is happening and whether we are likely to be the right fit.

Come and look round
Visit without an appointment if you prefer. Stay for lunch and meet residents and staff.

Free assessment
Our manager or a senior nurse assesses needs at home or in hospital, at no cost, and confirms the fee in writing.
04
Moving in
We agree a date, plan the room together and stay in close contact through the first few weeks.
